Design Services

Phroxxenuiphox provides custom clothing and accessories design services, including concept development and technical sketches. As these are custom design services tailored to your specific requirements, all sales are final once design work has commenced.

Return Period

Due to the custom nature of our design services, returns are not applicable in the traditional sense. However, we offer revision periods and cancellation options as outlined below:

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of project initiation to be eligible for a full refund
  • Revision requests for completed design work must be submitted within 14 days of final delivery
  • Refund requests for unsatisfactory services must be submitted within 30 days of project completion

Return Conditions

Since we provide digital design services, traditional returns do not apply. However, the following conditions apply to cancellations and refunds:

  • If design work has not yet commenced, full refunds are available
  • If design work has partially commenced, refunds will be prorated based on work completed
  • Once design work is completed and delivered, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • If delivered work does not meet agreed-upon specifications, we will work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation

Return Shipping Costs

As we provide digital design services delivered electronically, there are no physical products to return and therefore no return shipping costs apply. All design deliverables are provided in digital format via email or secure file transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Completed and delivered design work that meets agreed-upon specifications
  • Custom design work that has been approved by the client
  • Consultation time and design development hours already expended
  • Work completed based on client-requested changes or revisions

  • You have the right to receive services as described and of satisfactory quality
  • You may have statutory cancellation rights depending on your location and the nature of the service

We understand that design is an iterative process. We offer reasonable revisions to design concepts and sketches as part of our standard service. The number of revisions included will be specified in your service agreement.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your design project order under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation before design work commences: Full refund available
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of project initiation: Full refund available, minus any consultation fees
  • Cancellation after design work has commenced: Refund will be prorated based on work completed and time invested
  • Cancellation after work is completed: Not eligible for cancellation, but may be eligible for refund consideration if work does not meet specifications
